Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
I'm an American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and can test dogs for S.T.A.R. Puppy, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), Community Canine (CGCA), and Urban Canine. Learn more about the CGC titles on the AKC's website

It's a rewarding experience!
Shy/Fearful/Overreactive Dog
Does your dog have a fear of getting in the car, meeting new people, going to the vet? Does your dog cower or hide when afraid or exhibit extreme stress signs such as drooling, vocalization, chewing? Do you have a hard time walking your dog?
So much can be done to helop dogs overcome their fears and worries. Owners will learn how to build confidence and teach their dog to focus on them when a trigger is present. It's important for owners to understand what their dog is going through and to have realistic expectations of how they "should" act.
