Group Dog Class Registration Form

Grouip Class Registration instructions:

Check Group Class Calendar for session dates/times.
Check the box next to the class you want and put the start date in other.
Attach proof of vaccinations and submit. You will receive an automatic response.
You will get a confirmation email from from All Fur Paws with a payment link, what to bring to class, payment link, etc.
Once you have paid for class and submtted a waiver, you are all set. Payment due 48 hours prior to start of session.

Manners and Polite Behaviors. 3 week class / $75. Register to get on list.
