Group Dog Class Registration Form

Grouip Class Registration instructions:

Check Group Class Calendar for session dates/times.
Check the box next to the class you want and put the start date in "Other."
Attach proof of vaccinations and submit.
All Fur Paws will send a confirmation email with a payment information and what to bring to class. Payment due 48 hrs prior to start date.
Once you have paid for class and submtted a waiver, you are all set.

Adult Foundation Skills (over 6 months). 6 week class / $140.00. Saturday Mornings - 10:30am

Out and About: Pat I: Walking on Leash. 3 week class / $75. Monday Evenings - 6:30pm

Manners and Polite Behaviors. 3 week class / $75. Monday Evenings - 7:30pm

Canine Good Citizen Class / $175.00. Register to get on list.

Option 6Out and About, Part II: Walking on Leash. 3 week class / $75. Monday Evenings or Saturday Mornings.
